JW Bosque Energy implements firm guidelines to ensure that we identify and acquire only those oil and gas reserves that can meet our strict criteria:
• Highest verifiable reserves

• Available for purchase at the lowest possible cost in order to generate fast returns

• Optimal life potential in order to ensure investor returns over a long period of time

MAXIMIZING RETURNS THROUGH STRONG ACQUISITION AND GROWTH GUIDELINES:

Once we have identified key high potential reserves, we only acquire those that demonstrate the capability to meet our aggressive growth guidelines in order to ensure maximum returns for our investment partners:

• A minimum return on investment of 15% to 30% in the first year

• A minimum return on investment of 10% to 20% in years two through five

• A minimum lifetime investment generating a four to one return

PARTNERING FOR SUCCESS:

As partnering with the right investors and working hard to generate significant returns are our top priorities, we have developed a strong partner model to maximize success for all investors:

• Creation of a private venture for each development project

• A designated JW Bosque Energy managing partner to work closely with each investment partner
